Shane Atherton is a Werewolf and member of the British Pack. He was a contender to be Alpha of the British Pack and is Beta to their current Alpha instead, he lost by one vote although later 'voting irregularities' were discovered according to Harris Parker who was loyal to him. He participated in an attempt to gain control of the North American Pack to embarrass his Alpha and take over for himself and was killed by Malcom Danvers in Forsaken
